If you're trying to decide which full set to get - the difference in all of our full sets is the fullness. We are able to do any length, short or long, in any full set style.
Mini Fill (approximately 2 weeks)
You must have over 60% of your extensions to get a mini fill. (If you do not have at least 60% of your extensions, this fill will not be enough to bring your lashes back to a full set.)Typically done at 2 weeks.
Full Fill(approximately 3 weeks)
You must have 50% of your extensions for this fill. (If you do not have at least half of your extensions, this fill will not be enough to bring your lashes back to a full set.)Typically done at 2-3 weeks.
Ultra Fill(approximately 4 weeks)
This fill is for the client that wants to get their lashes back to their FULLEST. If you have less than half of your extensions, this fill is for you. Typically done at 3-4 weeks.

What Are Eyelash Extensions? What is the difference between Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume Lashes?
Eyelash Extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They are applied to individual eyelashes, for a natural, elegant and luscious look. Eyelash Extensions are perfect for special occasions as well as for every day wear.
Our different full sets indicate how many extensions are applied to each natural lash. We use different lashes for each type of full set to preserve the health of your lashes.
Modern Classic Lashes: The look of 1 extension to 1 natural lash
Volume Lashes: 2-7 extensions to 1 natural lash
Hybrid Lashes: a beautiful blend of both classic and volume styles
Mega Volume Lashes: 8-16 extensions to 1 natural lash
Can I switch the type of lashes I'm wearing without taking the 'old' ones off?
Yes! If you find that volume is too full, or classic is not full enough (for example), just book your next fill for the type of lashes you want and we can transition to the other lashes.
How long do Eyelash Extensions Last?
Most clients get a 'fill' every 2-3 weeks. With proper home care, you should expect to have at least half of your extensions at 3 weeks. Clients that want to keep their lashes full at all times, often choose to do a mini every 2 weeks.How do I take care of my Eyelash Extensions?
Your new lashes are long, thick and beautiful!Best of all, they are easy to maintain. To maintain the look and extend the life of your lashes, follow these basic care instructions (you will be given detailed aftercare instructions following your application):
- While most Lash Stylists require you to wait 24+ hours to get your lashes wet - our lashes you can get wet after just 2 hours immediately.
- Be gentle with your lashes.
- Avoid rubbing your eyes.
- Wash your eyes daily.
- Avoid all oil-based products and waterproof mascara. Oil-free eye makeup remover may be used. Use mascara sparingly and gently remove. Apply mascara on the tips only.
Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing Eyelash Extensions?
Yes! Do not get lashes wet (shower, cry, sweat, swim) for 2 hours to allow the adhesive to bond to your natural lashes. Do not get your lashes hot/steamy (spa, steam, tanning bed) for 24 hours. (Please avoid eye creams for 24 hours before and after lash appointments.)
How often should I get fills?
We recommend getting afill approximately every 2-3 weeks. Your natural lashes are always growing and falling out. Fills will replace any extensions that are loose or grown out and to add an extension to any new natural lashes.Can I apply mascara to my Eyelash Extensions?
NO! If you feel the need to add mascara to your extensions, you should select a fuller style. One of the advantages of Eyelash Extensions is never needing mascara again. However, if you feel the need to wearmascara, only water-based mascara can be used. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER-PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara along with any type of oil based mascara will dissolve the adhesive and cause your extensions to fall off. We carry mascara made for Eyelash Extensions for your convenience.Can you describe the application process?
You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed while your Eyelash Extensions are applied to your natural eyelashes. It generally takes 1.5-2.5 hours to apply a full set. The application is so relaxing and comfortable that many clients fall asleep. (Times vary based on the Lash Stylist and type of full set or fill appointment.)
What happens if I choose to have my eyelash extensions removed?
We have a remover that dissolves the adhesive. Please DO NOT wear contacts to any removal appointment.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for the service?
Please come to your lash appointment with your lashes squeaky clean. If your lashes are 'dirty' (mascara, or any other build up) we will ask that you wash your lashes. If we clean your lashes, this takes away from lashing time.
How do I choose the look I want?
We will have a consultation with you at the beginning of your appointment to determine what look will be the best for you.
We recommend waiting 2 hours to get your lashes wet.
What brand of lashes and adhesive do you use?
We use LASHtini products.
Can I wear eye make-up still?
Yes! Many of our clients still wear eye shadow and eyeliner. We do not recommend wearing mascara (you won't need it!).
If I only have a few natural lashes, can I get lash extensions?
Eyelash Extensions are adhered to natural lashes, which means that sparse lashes will benefit the most from Volume lashes.
Is it damaging to my natural lash?
No - as long as your eyelash extensions are applied correctly, including length and diameter. We cary over 100 different lashes so that we can apply extensions that are safe for your natural lashes.
How will they look or feel?
You may notice your extensions when they are initially done, but after you wear them for a day or 2, you will find that you can't feel them.
What are the benefits of having lash extensions?
Our clients love that they can throw their mascara out and wake up with gorgeous lashes! It makes getting ready in the morning go so much faster!
Are there different color lashes?
We have black and brown lashes and some colored lashes that can be used for highlight colors.
I got my lashes done somewhere else, can I still get a fill at Envy?
Yes! We have 'New Client Fills' for clients that have lashes from a different lash studio. There are times when we are unable to fill other lash techs work, if this is the case we will discuss your alternatives at your appointment.
