Plan Description

This 2825-square-foot Modern Farmhouse features spacious open living and cooking areas with 11-foot ceilings. The Kitchen has overhead western cedar beams, while the Great Room is accented with a Tray Ceiling. The main bedroom features an electronic slim-line fireplace inset on the wall opposite the king bed and a Tray Ceiling. The comfortable main bath provides the luxury of a slipper soaking tub and a shower. The laundry room is accessible from the large main walk-in closet and the connecting mud room. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is an office with a closet that could be used as a guest bedroom. Finally, there is a large rear patio with a wood-burning fireplace and an optional patio kitchen.
